Visitor Access Procedures
All visitors requesting access to ANAD must contact the Protocol Office
7-10 days prior to the visit.
- Non-government personnel or contractors: A 380-2 is the required form for non-government or contract workers. This form must be returned with the necessary information, signed by the requestor and someone from their security/personnel office to verify the information is correct. The 380-2 takes 7 to 10 days to process.
- DoD personnel or contractors with Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) access: If the visitor is a government civilian/military employee, a visit request through JPAS is required. All DoD employees and some contractors should have access to JPAS. ANAD’s SMO code for JPAS is W0LXAA5. The visitor's security office will submit the request in JPAS.
- Additionally, a memorandum on agency letterhead with the details, name, social security number, date of visit, reason for visit and point of contact is required with the visit request.
