To get the P2 push started, DRK has decided to involve the entire work force. DRK recognizes that it’s the workers that have to live with the processes and changes that are made to the processes, so your input is very important to us in determining what changes should be made. With that in mind, employees are encouraged to suggest ways that the Depot can reduce waste, pollution, and save money. Employees who suggest P2 projects that prove to be feasible and are selected for implementation will be rewarded in two ways. First, a tracks article will be written to publicize your idea along with the cost savings and/or advantages of your idea. Second, a cash award will be given to the individual for his/her idea.
