EAP - Promoting Compliance To help promote compliance, DRK has begun the “Star Shop and Supervisors” program. This program brings much deserved recognition to employees going above and beyond their duties. Highlighting shops and their supervisors that make the extra effort to be compliant and environmentally conscientious helps keep the workforce motivated toward our mission of being good environmental stewards. In order to be recognized for this, Shops must be cooperative with our environmental inspectors, show a strong focus on compliance and have few to no violations from our inspectors or outside auditors. Once selected, the shop and supervisor are highlighted in our environmental publication and on our internal website.
